Whether for a large organization or a start up, creating a culture of inclusion helps individuals feel psychologically safe, which is linked to greater innovation, productivity and retention. What are the do’s and don’ts for a leader to build such a culture? And which obstacles will he or she encounter? We will start this Leadership Dialogue with a panel of Diony Lebot, Chief Risk Officer, Societé Generale, and Chris Heutink, Member Executive Board Randstad Holding. After their introduction we will engage into Roundtable Dialogues.
